Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Chhatishgarh. The Branch Manager will oversee day-to-day operations at the branch, including managing a team, ensuring achievement of financial targets, and maintaining operational compliance. The individual will be responsible for sourcing business, planning and executing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring a positive customer experience. They will also monitor branch performance, assess risks, and implement measures to optimise productivity and growth.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and direct a team towards achieving business objectives.
• Extensive knowledge of sales strategies, relationship management, and client acquisition within the financial services sector.
• Strong operational and organisational skills, including risk assessment, branch management, and compliance awareness.
• Analytical and problem-solving aptitude for assessing market trends, identifying opportunities, and mitigating risks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Relevant experience in microfinance or lending to small and medium enterprises is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
