Job descriptionGenerate and send invoices to customers in a timely manner Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts Handle customer inquiries regarding billing and payment issues Record and reconcile payments received against outstanding invoices Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to accounts receivable Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer account accuracy and resolve Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or in a similar role Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes and best practices Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset Competitive entry-level pay with performance-based incentives.
