About the Opportunity
Are you a highly driven and results-oriented IT Recruiter with a passion for connecting top talent with cutting-edge technology roles across India? We're looking for an experienced professional to join our dynamic Human Resources team and play a pivotal role in scaling our engineering and IT clients. This is a full-time, domestic-focused position where you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various tech roles in major Indian cities.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Full-Cycle Recruitment : Manage the entire recruitment process from requisition to offer acceptance for diverse IT roles, including Software Developers (various stacks), Data Scientists, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Architects, QA Engineers, and more.
- Sourcing Strategy : Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job portals, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Stakeholder Management : Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements, team needs, and culture fit, ensuring a smooth and collaborative hiring process.
- Candidate Experience : Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, acting as a brand ambassador for the company.
- Market Intelligence : Stay updated on current talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices within the Indian IT sector.
- Data & Reporting : Maintain accurate and timely data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular reports on recruiting metrics and pipeline status.
What You'll Bring (Required Qualifications)
4+ years of dedicated experience as an IT Recruiter in a fast-paced environment (in-house or agency).Only B.Tech / BCA / MCA / MS Physics are eligibleStrong, hands-on experience recruiting specifically for the domestic Indian market .Deep understanding of various IT technologies and the corresponding skill sets (e.g., Java, Python, React, Cloud Technologies - AWS / Azure / GCP, Data Science / ML).Proven ability to meet challenging hiring targets and manage a high volume of requisitions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Ciepal, Greenhouse, Lever, or Taleo.How to Apply
