About the Role : We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Solution Architect to design, lead, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong business acumen, ensuring seamless integration of Salesforce across enterprise systems.Key Responsibilities : Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Salesforce solutions.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical architecture.Define best practices for data modeling, integration, and security.Oversee configuration, customization, and development efforts (Apex, LWC, Flows).Work closely with development teams to ensure adherence to design principles.Conduct impact analysis, solution reviews, and provide technical guidance.Drive continuous improvement and Salesforce platform optimization.Required Skills & Experience : 8+ years of experience in Salesforce solution design, implementation, and integration.Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and AppExchange products.Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and data management.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Salesforce Architect or Business Analyst certification preferred.Why Join Us : 100% Remote (EST shift flexibility)Collaborative, innovative team cultureOpportunity to architect impactful enterprise-level Salesforce solution
