Summary
We are seeking a proactive and field-oriented Blue Collar Recruiter to join our hiring team. The role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding delivery boys across multiple locations through both online and offline channels. As a Blue Collar Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, and meeting weekly and monthly hiring targets.

Responsibilities
- Source delivery boys through field activities, community outreach, referrals, local job fairs, and tie-ups with training institutes.
- Manage walk-in drives, local mobilization campaigns, and WhatsApp-based job promotion.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements, verify documents, and conduct basic orientation.
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding documentation, and training schedules.
- Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets as per business requirements.
- Maintain candidate database and provide daily recruitment status reports.
- Build a strong pipeline of active and passive delivery candidates for future needs.
Requirements
Requirements :
Minimum 1 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment, especially in delivery hiring.Strong networking and field mobilization skills.Familiarity with sourcing platforms like OLX, WorkIndia, Apna, Naukri, and local WhatsApp groups.Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle and documentation.Self-driven and target-oriented.Ability to speak local language and Hindi.Minimum 12th pass. Graduation preferred.Salary and Benefits
Fixed Salary : ₹20,000 - ₹22,000 per monthOKR-Based Incentives : ₹3,000 - ₹4,000 per monthQuarterly Incentives : ₹6,000 - ₹9,000 per quarterTotal CTC (Yearly) : ₹3,00,000 - ₹3,48,000Requirements
