The Technical Assistant Manager will be responsible for developing advanced metalworking fluids, managing technical service activities, handling customer applications, and supporting new product development. The role requires strong formulation experience, excellent technical expertise, and hands-on knowledge of testing methods and industrial lubricant applications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop technologically advanced and differentiated metalworking fluids aligned with business growth objectives.
- Formulate metalworking fluids and lubricants based on customer requirements in lab or application lab environments.
- Utilize strong knowledge of test methods relevant to metalworking fluids.
- Execute, document, and report development projects in coordination with principals.
- Provide technical service and support to customers across applications.
- Manage trials, resolve customer complaints, and ensure effective communication between customer and principal.
- Conduct competitor sample analysis and prepare structured reports.
- Compile, maintain, and organize documentation related to new product development, field samples, and analytical reports.
- Support customer development initiatives through technical inputs and customized solutions.

3+ years of hands-on experience in metalworking fluids and industrial lubricants.Technical Skillsets :
Strong formulation experience in metalworking fluids (MWF).Knowledge of industrial lubricants and applications.Deep understanding of test methods for MWF evaluation.Ability to conduct lab testing, application trials, and performance validation.Competence in sample analysis, reporting, and technical documentation.Experience in handling customer complaints and conducting root-cause analysis.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Soft Skillsets :
