Job descriptionGraduate qualification (any discipline). Strong communication skills in English and French. Understanding of customer service principles (Empathy, First Call Resolution, C-SAT). Basic knowledge of computers, internet, and telecom . Problem-solving skills and ability to handle escalations. Adaptability to work in rotational shifts (including nights / weekends). Empathy and patience in handling customer concerns. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome. Experienced candidates should have 12+ months in international voice process with proven customer service expertise. Opportunity to work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. Location : Noida
Work Type : Full-time | 24 / 7 Shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays)

- Deliver excellent customer service via voice support.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates and setting realistic expectations.
- Resolve complaints within SLA by identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams for complex issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and resolutions.
- Manage escalations professionally and empathetically.
