SEO Specialist

Core responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive SEO audit of the agency's website, content, and backlink profile and translate findings into prioritized action
• Build and own a multi-quarter organic growth roadmap aligned with business goals, audience targeting, and competitive positioning
• Lead keyword strategy, content gap analysis, and on-page optimization across all agency-owned properties
• Develop and execute technical SEO improvements in collaboration with the dev team (site speed, crawlability, structured data, Core Web Vitals)
• Design and manage a link-building strategy through digital PR, thought leadership, and strategic partnerships
• Track and report organic performance through dashboards — surfacing insights, not just data
• Stay ahead of algorithm shifts, SERP changes, and emerging search behaviors (including AI-driven search)

Requirements

• 2-3 years of SEO experience, with at least 1–2 years owning strategy end-to-end (not just execution)
• Experience across diverse verticals or business models not just one industry
• Demonstrated ability to build and present an organic growth roadmap to leadership or clients
• Proficiency with tools: GA4, GSC, Ahrefs or Semrush, Screaming Frog, and a CMS (WordPress, Webflow, or similar)
• Strong written communication you'll be shaping our content strategy too
• A portfolio of case studies (2–3 minimum) showing measurable organic wins traffic lift, ranking improvements, or revenue attribution.
