You won't be making cold calls with a script. You won't be chasing volume. You'll be having conversations with established business owners - founders doing 50L to 50Cr revenue - who are stuck, know they're stuck, and are serious about fixing it.

Your job Understand their bottleneck. Show them what clarity looks like. Position Bharat BrandDShala as the strategic partner who's solved this before.

This is consultative selling at its best - not because the word sounds nice, but because it's the only way high-ticket transformation sells.

What You'll Do

Engage with business owners through strategic sales conversations

Diagnose real business problems - sales leaks, operational chaos, brand confusion

Position Bharat BrandDShala's consulting programs as the solution they need

Handle objections with logic, not pressure

Convert qualified leads into committed consulting clients

Own your pipeline with discipline and consistency

Who We're Looking For

2+ years in sales, B2B, or consultative selling (or equivalent hustle)

Strong listening skills - you ask more questions than you talk

Ability to think like a founder - understand business models, revenue streams, systems

High persuasion with zero manipulation

Self-driven. Ownership-oriented. Disciplined.

Comfortable with high-ticket conversations
