Through our training initiatives, awareness programs, and CSR collaborations, we actively engage with schools, colleges, organizations, and communities to create emotionally aware, socially responsible, and mentally healthier environments. As we continue expanding our Emotional Intelligence & Life Skills initiatives, we are inviting passionate professionals to become a part of our growing national network of changemakers. About the Role: We are looking for dynamic and passionate Freelance Emotional Intelligence Coaches who can conduct FREE OF COST engaging and impactful training sessions for students, educators, and corporate audiences across India. This role focuses on emotional intelligence, emotional awareness, communication, confidence building, stress management, self-awareness, and life skills development through interactive and experience-driven sessions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct Emotional Intelligence Programs: Deliver FREE OF COST engaging sessions for schools, colleges, and organizations on emotional intelligence, emotional wellness, communication, stress management, confidence building, and life skills. Facilitate Interactive Learning: Create emotionally safe, engaging, and participative learning environments for diverse audiences. Content Delivery & Adaptation: Understand audience needs and effectively deliver organization-approved training modules and activities. Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate professionally with schools, institutions, educators, HR teams, and organizational representatives during training engagements.
