Research Intern — Sales & Market Research

The Role

As a Research Intern, you will drive go-to-market intelligence for Renate's expansion across India and MENA. You will own research projects end-to-end — from design through data collection, analysis, and insight synthesis — delivering actionable research that directly informs sales strategy and business development.

Your Impact

Conduct primary and secondary market research across recruitment technology and HR tech verticals in India and MENA

Design and execute customer discovery interviews and surveys with agency founders and enterprise HR buyers

Map competitive landscapes and identify positioning gaps and win strategies

Analyze industry data and trends to support sales collateral, pitch decks, and business development

Present research findings through dashboards, reports, and executive summaries

Support proposal development for prospective pilot clients with research-backed recommendations

Identify expansion opportunities in adjacent verticals and geographies

What You Bring

1-1.5 years of hands-on market research, sales intelligence, or business development experience

Ability to design and execute research projects independently

Strong analytical and data visualization skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Curiosity-driven mindset with interest in recruitment or HR technology

Attention to detail and ownership of quality

Nice to Have

Prior experience in recruitment or HR tech sectors

Familiarity with Airtable, Looker, or Tableau

Exposure to B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies

Prior startup or scale-up internship experience
