Job Title:-Travel & Visa Executive

Location:- Bangalore

Job Summary:-

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Travel & Visa Executive to manage end-to-end travel bookings and visa processing for domestic and international clients. The role involves handling documentation, coordinating with embassies/VFS centers, and ensuring smooth travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:-

Visa Processing:-

  • Handle visa applications for multiple regions including:
  • Europe (Schengen countries)
  • Middle East (UAE, Oman, Gulf countries)
  • USA
  • Russia & Kazakhstan
  • Australia, Canada, Singapore
  • Guide clients on visa requirements, eligibility, and documentation
  • Assist in filling visa forms (online & manual)
  • Verify documents as per embassy standards
  • Manage visa appointment scheduling (online/offline)
  • Coordinate with VFS/embassies for submission and tracking
  • Handle visa rejections and re-application processes

Documentation & Compliance:-

Ensure Accurate Documentation Including

  • Passport copies, financials, cover letters
  • Travel insurance, invitation letters
  • Check photo specifications (size, background, format)
  • Maintain updated knowledge of international visa rules and charges

Travel Bookings:-

  • Manage domestic & international ticket bookings
  • Handle corporate and group travel arrangements
  • Coordinate train and bus bookings where required
  • Manage hotel/stay bookings based on client budget
  • Liaise with travel agents and service providers

Client Handling:-

  • Provide end-to-end travel consultation
  • Explain timelines, processing days, and requirements clearly
  • Maintain strong follow-up for document collection and approvals
  • Deliver high-quality customer service

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

  • Experience in travel & visa processing (preferred)
  • Knowledge of VFS and embassy procedures
  • Strong understanding of international travel documentation
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple cases
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling)

Preferred Experience:-

  • 2–4 years in travel agency / visa consultancy
  • Exposure to international travel processes

Salary Range:-

  • 3.5 LPA – 5.5 LPA (depending on experience)

Working Conditions:-

  • Office-based role in Bangalore
  • Occasional coordination with VFS centers or travel partners
