YOUR IMPACT

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Assistant Manager to support procurement operations across projects and corporate requirements. The role involves vendor management, sourcing, commercial negotiations, procurement planning, coordination with internal stakeholders, and ensuring timely procurement of materials and services while maintaining cost efficiency, quality standards, and compliance with company policies.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.

5–8 years of experience in procurement/contracts, preferably in Real Estate, Construction, Hospitality, or Infrastructure sectors.

Strong understanding of sourcing, vendor management, commercial negotiations, and procurement processes.

Experience in handling project procurement and coordination with multiple stakeholders.

Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and procurement tracking tools.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end procurement activities for materials, services, and project requirements.

Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors/suppliers based on quality, pricing, and delivery capabilities.

Float enquiries, obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, and conduct commercial evaluations.

Support negotiations related to pricing, payment terms, delivery timelines, and contracts.

Coordinate with internal departments including Projects, Design, Finance, and Contracts teams for procurement planning and execution.

Track procurement schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Maintain procurement MIS, vendor databases, rate contracts, and documentation records.

Ensure adherence to procurement policies, SOPs, and compliance standards.

Monitor market trends, pricing movements, and alternate sourcing opportunities.

Assist in resolving vendor-related issues, supply delays, and commercial discrepancies
