Role Description
This is a full-time, paid, remote role for a Customer Support and Operations Intern. The intern will handle customer inquiries, provide technical assistance, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include responding to customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, gathering and analyzing data for process improvements, and contributing to the optimization of operational workflows. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and clear communication with customers are key to this role.
