Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is based in Nagpur and requires a professional to oversee retail projects and facilities. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing day-to-day retail operations, ensuring the seamless execution of projects, guiding team members, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include monitoring site activities, providing direction to staff, and maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and product knowledge to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead teams and oversee on-site operations effectively
• Experience in Retail Operations and in-depth Product Knowledge relevant to the role
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with teams and clients
• Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills
• Prior experience managing retail projects or facilities will be an advantage
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, facilities management, retail management, or related discipline
• Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance standards in retail and facilities management
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site work environment
