Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern based in Bengaluru. The HR Intern will assist in various human resources functions, including implementing HR policies, managing employee records, coordinating employee benefits, and supporting personnel management initiatives. Daily tasks may involve assisting with recruitment processes, updating HR systems, maintaining documentation, and contributing to employee engagement activities.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Basic skills in Personnel Management and employee relations
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management software is a plus
• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
