We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead with strong expertise in Node.js and React.js to lead the development of high-quality web applications for our Digital Transformation projects. This role requires a blend of technical excellence, leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions. This is an onsite role based in our Kochi office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications using Node.js, React.js, and TypeScript. : This involves overseeing the architecture and implementation of web applications, ensuring they meet performance and scalability standards.
• Architect and implement RESTful APIs and microservices using ExpressJS / NEST JS. : This includes designing the structure of APIs and microservices to facilitate communication between different parts of the application.
• Mentor and guide a team of developers through technical design and code reviews. : This responsibility focuses on providing support and guidance to junior developers, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams — Product Managers, Designers, and QA — for seamless feature delivery. : This involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure that features are delivered on time and meet the required specifications.
• Drive performance optimization, code quality, and maintainability. : This includes implementing best practices for code quality and performance to ensure the long-term sustainability of the applications.
• Utilize AWS services (SES, SNS, EC2) and contribute to deployment and monitoring strategies. : This involves leveraging AWS services for application deployment and monitoring, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Implement automated testing (unit, integration) using Jest and follow TDD / BDD methodologies. : This includes creating automated tests to ensure code reliability and following development methodologies that promote quality.
• Participate in Agile development practices, including sprint planning and retrospectives. : This involves engaging in Agile ceremonies to improve team processes and project outcomes.
