About Position: We are looking for Salesforce Data Cloud Lead with 8+ years of overall experience and hands-on exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud to lead the design, delivery, and adoption of unified customer data solutions. This role will drive Customer 360 / Data 360 initiatives by partnering with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to enable trusted, actionable data across Salesforce and downstream systems. The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce platform knowledge with a solid understanding of data, identity, and activation use cases. - Role: Salesforce Data Cloud Lead - Location: All Persistent Locations - Experience: 8 to 12 years - Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: - Lead Salesforce Data Cloud initiatives to enable unified profiles, identity resolution, and customer insights - Partner with business stakeholders to understand data-driven use cases and translate them into scalable solutions - Collaborate with Salesforce Architects and technical teams to design Data Cloud configurations, data models, and activation strategies - Oversee ingestion of data from source systems, including mapping, transformation, data quality, and governance considerations - Guide implementation of identity resolution rules, calculated insights, segmentation, and activation to Salesforce clouds and external platforms - Provide technical and functional leadership across delivery teams, ensuring best practices and alignment with enterprise architecture - Support Agile delivery activities including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and technical reviews - Ensure compliance with data privacy, consent, and security standards across Data Cloud implementations - Mentor team members and contribute to capability building around Salesforce Data Cloud and Customer 360 solutions - Track risks, dependencies, and milestones to ensure successful and timely delivery Expertise You'll Bring: - 8+ years of overall experience in Salesforce or enterprise data platforms - Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer 360 / Data 360) in at least one delivery or implementation program - Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem including Sales, Service, Experience, or Marketing Cloud - Solid knowledge of data concepts such as data modeling, identity resolution, deduplication, consent, and governance - Experience working with integrations, APIs, and downstream activation use cases - Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams - Experience leading or guiding teams in Agile delivery environments - Exposure to tools or platforms such as MuleSoft, Marketing Cloud, or external CDPs is a plus - Salesforce certifications related to Data Cloud or core platform are preferred Benefits: - Competitive salary and benefits package - Culture focused on talent development with quarterly growth opportunities and company-sponsored higher education and certifications - Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies - Employee engagement initiatives such as project parties, flexible work hours, and Long Service awards - Annual health check-ups - Insurance coverage: group term life, personal accident, and Mediclaim hospitalization for self, spouse, two children, and parents Values-Driven, People-Centric & Inclusive Work Environment: Persistent is dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
