Packaging Designer

Job Description Role Overview : /n A highly creative and detail-oriented Packaging Designer to join the Nykaa Beauty Own Brands team. This role will be responsible for conceptualising and delivering premium, innovative, and trend-forward packaging designs across beauty and personal care categories, while ensuring strong brand storytelling and elevated consumer appeal. /n The ideal candidate brings a refined aesthetic sensibility, a deep understanding of contemporary design trends, and the ability to translate brand vision into impactful packaging experiences. We are particularly keen to connect with talent from leading branding and design studios such as Please See, Thought Over Design, DY Works, or similar design-led environments known for strong visual identity and packaging excellence. /n Key Responsibilities : /n /n Packaging Design: Design innovative and attractive packaging for Nykaa's products, considering both aesthetics and functionality. /n Social Media: Design compelling graphics for social media platforms, ensuring consistency with Nykaa's brand identity and tone. /n Marketing & Branding: Develop creative assets for marketing campaigns, including email templates, banners, brochures, and other promotional materials. /n Logo Design: Conceptualize and design logos for new products and sub-brands, maintaining a cohesive visual identity. /n Retail Design: Create graphics for in-store displays, signage, and promotional materials to enhance the retail experience. /n Art Direction: Provide art direction and creative input for photoshoots, video shoots, and other multimedia projects. /n /n Knowledge and Skill / Qualification Requirements : /n /n Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. /n 2-6 years of experiesnce in graphic design, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries. /n Strong portfolio showcasing packaging, branding, typography, and visual systems. /n Exceptional aesthetic sense with strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and materials. /n Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. /n Experience in beauty, lifestyle, luxury, fashion, or FMCG brands is preferred. /n Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-output environment while maintaining quality. /n
