Hiring: Customer Support Lead – SaaS (ERP / POS / F&B Tech)
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Customer Support Lead to manage and scale our customer support operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ERP application support, team management, customer handling, and process improvement, along with exposure to AI-driven support automation.

Experience: 5–10 Years
Industry: SaaS / ERP / POS / F&B Tech
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage L1/L2 support teams
• Handle customer escalations and ensure timely issue resolution
• Support ERP/POS applications and troubleshoot technical/functional issues
• Improve SLA, TAT, CSAT, and overall support efficiency
• Implement AI-driven automation for support operations
• Coordinate with Product, Tech, Sales, and Customer Success teams
• Build SOPs, knowledge base, and self-service support systems
🔹 Requirements:
• Strong experience in ERP application support
• Experience managing customer support teams
• Knowledge of support tools, APIs, and integrations
• Experience in POS / Retail / F&B ERP is preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Customer-first mindset with process-oriented approach
