Field of activity:
Corporate IT together with the CTO Area - is driving together the Implementation of ServiceNow for IT Service & Asset Management. This is a multi-year program professionalizing and standardizing the handling of CMDB, Asset Management, ITSM and other processes/activities. The IT SAM Program is pursuing a.o. following goals:

• Deliver a group wide IT Service & Asset Management Platform in the cloud in line with the enterprise architecture
• Replace legacy technology (CRM7) to Cloud native technology track
• Drive cultural change form proprietary DBG specific implementation into a SaaS solution

Your Mission:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong experience in Integration, reporting by means of APIs and Dashboards, building and supporting APIbased integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems such as SAP, Azure, GCP and monitoring tools. The candidate should also have hands on experience in developing custom APIs, reports and dashboards in ServiceNow.

Tasks / Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure and maintain inbound and outbound Integrations between ServiceNow and Enterprise systems (SCCM/MECM, Cloud, Monitoring, IAM, etc.)
• Build and maintain REST, SOAP and Scripted REST APIs, to streamline data flow and enhance service delivery ensuring Secure Scalable and reliable Data Exchange.
• Implement delta based and scheduled data synchronization to efficiently manage large data volumes.
• Ensure Standard authentication mechanism is followed while integrating with Enterprise applications.
• Apply ServiceNow security standards using ACLs, roles and Scoped application Controls.
• Design robust error handling, retry mechanism, logging and monitoring integration health.
• Document Integration flows, maintain design document, operational runbooks for long term support.
• Develop and maintain Custom reports and dashboards.
• Stay up to date on latest ServiceNow releases, features and best practices as well as financial-industry technology trends.
• Detect errors and issues, troubleshoot systems and resolve incidents. Develop and maintain clear and concise technical documentation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the IT service landscape, its processes and standards. monitor performance and implement optimizations to ensure systems running smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications/required skills

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 8+ years in ServiceNow integration development and administration, including strong technical knowledge in scripting, dashboard configuration, and integration.

Proficiency in JavaScript and hands on experience on all the below

• REST/SOAP Integrations
• Client scripts, Business rules
• Flow designer and Workflow
• ACLs
• Performance Analytics
• HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework principles (ITIL Foundation certification preferred).
• Experience with ServiceNow platform upgrades and migrations.

Preferred ServiceNow certifications:

• ServiceNow Certified Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience working in the financial services industry or another highly regulated environment is highly desirable.
• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English is required. Basic German is a plus.
