Description :
We are looking for a highly skilled and analytical Data Scientist with strong expertise in Python programming, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving abilities, strong programming fundamentals, and hands-on experience in building scalable data-driven solutions.
The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to develop predictive models, optimization algorithms, AI-driven applications, and advanced analytics solutions to solve complex business challenges.
Candidates with experience in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), forecasting, optimization, and advanced machine learning techniques will be highly Responsibilities :
Data Science & Machine Learning :
- Develop, build, and deploy machine learning models for business and operational use cases.
- Perform data analysis, data mining, and statistical modeling to derive actionable business insights.
- Design predictive analytics, forecasting models, and optimization algorithms.
- Develop scalable and efficient AI/ML pipelines and automation solutions.
- Improve model performance through feature engineering, tuning, validation, and experimentation.
- Work on supervised and unsupervised learning techniques for various analytical AI & LLMs :
- Work on Generative AI use cases and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Develop AI-powered applications and intelligent automation solutions.
- Fine-tune and optimize LLM-based models for business applications.
- Explore and implement prompt engineering and AI workflow optimization techniques.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, tools, and & Development :
- Develop robust Python scripts and reusable code components.
- Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles for scalable software development.
- Build efficient algorithms and data processing frameworks.
- Work with GitLab for code versioning, collaboration, and deployment workflows.
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and documentation & Stakeholder Management :
- Collaborate with business teams, analysts, and engineering teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Present complex analytical findings and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to solve business problems.
- Work in an agile and collaborative environment with cross-functional Skills & Qualifications :
- 4+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI-related roles.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python programming.
- Excellent understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Experience in Machine Learning algorithms and predictive analytics.
- Knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with GitLab for version control and collaborative development.
- Good understanding of forecasting and optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced Skills :
- Experience in AI model deployment and MLOps concepts.
- Exposure to NLP, Deep Learning, and Transformer-based architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and AI frameworks.
- Experience working in Analytics, Research, or KPO environments.
- Knowledge of procurement analytics or operational optimization is an added advantage.
