Company Description Curated Living Solutions, a division of DivyaSree Group, is a leading real estate owner, operator, and brand promoter, delivering premium shared housing solutions for young Indians, including students and early-career professionals. With innovative brands such as Local Colive & Work, Local Square, and Ivy League House, the company focuses on building tech-enabled, community-driven living spaces with a strong emphasis on operational excellence. Role Title MIS Intern Role Description This is a full-time, on-site internship based in Bengaluru. The MIS Intern will support the MIS Analyst/s in managing data, generating reports, and assisting in basic analysis to improve business operations. This role is ideal for someone comfortable working with numbers, curious about how data drives decisions, and interested in learning how different departments use data in day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities - Assist in collecting and organizing data from different departments such as operations, finance, sales, HR, etc. - Support in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports - Help maintain and update data in Excel sheets and internal systems - Assist in building basic dashboards and reports using tools like Excel or Power BI - Identify basic data inconsistencies and report them to the team - Support the team in analyzing data to identify simple trends and patterns - Work with team members to understand business requirements and translate them into data reports Qualifications - Candidates currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field are encouraged to apply. - Comfort with numbers and basic analytical thinking - Medium to high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic automation - Familiarity with Power BI or similar visualization tools is preferred - Basic understanding of analytics concepts, coding, or AI tools is a plus - Good attention to detail and willingness to learn What We’re Looking For - Someone curious and willing to learn, not just follow instructions - Comfortable working with data and asking the right questions - Able to explain simple findings clearly - Reliable and detail-oriented in handling data Employment Type Full-time Internship (6 months, On-site) Stipend: Paid internship (details to be discussed during the interview process)
