Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales - India, based in Noida for. The Head of Sales will have experiance with Indian ethnic clothing market -Oversee and manage the sales in the Indian and Overseas, drive sales growth, oboarding online and offline sales channels, and achieve sales targets.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role will also involve identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with other departments - Operation and Design to align sales initiatives with company goals.
Qualifications
Strong Communcation Skills (English and Hindi)
Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
Proven experience in the Indian Ethnic wear field is mandatory
Effective leadership skills and also able to work independently
Experience in Account Management
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
