Job Title: QA Automation Developer Experience: 5–8 Years Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) About the Role We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Developer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in automation frameworks, along with a solid understanding of manual testing practices. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality software delivery through effective test planning, execution, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Design and develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automation scripts based on business requirements Perform functional, regression, integration, API, performance, and security testing Build, maintain, and enhance automation frameworks for scalable testing Execute both manual and automated test cases to ensure product quality Identify, document, and track defects, and work closely with developers for timely resolution Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, designers) in Agile environments Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing Suggest improvements to testing processes, tools, and methodologies Required Skills Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Robot Framework Strong knowledge of testing frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, or Pytest Experience in API testing using Postman or similar tools Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Java, JavaScript, or C# Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions Strong understanding of SQL for database validation Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies Start: Immediate to 15 Days
