Indra Holdings oversees the specialty regional rice brand SWAH and a healthy functional beverage brand and a ready-to-drink (RTD) beverage brand. Swah is a luxury rice brand celebrating India's forgotten grains. We bring you more than a dozen rare rice varieties sourced directly from Indian farmers, wrapped in thoughtful storytelling and exquisite packaging. We exist at the intersection of heritage, taste, and indulgence.

As an early-stage startup focused on design-led storytelling, we are looking for a highly creative Designer / Senior Designer to build compelling brand narratives across visual formats—with graphics at the core.

Role Overview

We're seeking a versatile and AI-native designer who is deeply comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate will be an expert in graphic design and able to create consistent, high-quality visual assets that bring the brand vision to life.

This is a hands-on role that combines creative thinking, executional excellence, and an openness to experimenting with AI design workflows to enhance speed and impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the visual identity of SWAH and other portfolio brands, ensuring consistency across digital, packaging, retail, and campaigns.
  
• Conceptualize and create high-quality graphic assets for digital campaigns, social media, website, packaging, and offline touchpoints.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate brand strategy into effective visual outputs.
  
• Stay ahead of design and AI trends, introducing new tools and workflows to scale creative production.
  
• Maintain brand guidelines and ensure design quality across all external-facing assets.
  
  You're a Great Fit If You:
• Have 5-8 years of professional design experience, preferably in FMCG, lifestyle, premium D2C, or agency environments.
  
• Are an expert in graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent).
  
• Are an AI-native designer—fluent in using AI-powered design tools (MidJourney, DALL·E, etc.) to accelerate workflows without compromising creativity.
  
• Possess strong attention to detail, a refined aesthetic sense, and the ability to translate brand strategy into design.
  
• Can thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, managing multiple priorities with agility.
