MERN Stack Tech Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled MERN Stack Tech Lead with expertise in Next.js and Node.js to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack JavaScript development, excellent leadership skills, and experience managing development teams. You will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance web applications, ensuring best practices, and mentoring a team of developers.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of MERN stack developers.

Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

Utilize Next.js for server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and performance optimization.

Develop and optimize APIs using Node.js and Express.js.

Ensure high-quality code by enforcing coding standards, performing code reviews, and implementing best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers.

Implement and maintain security best practices, authentication mechanisms, and authorization protocols.

Manage deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines and cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Troubleshoot and optimize performance issues for web applications.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on experience in MERN Stack development.

Strong proficiency in Next.js and Node.js.

Experience with TypeScript is a plus.

Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

Proficiency in database design and management using MongoDB.

Hands-on experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API, Recoil).

Strong understanding of server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) with Next.js.

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms is a plus.

Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

At Least manage 5 members in a team.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
