Role Description We are looking for an experienced and strategic Agency Lead to manage and drive the overall agency vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing business operations, client servicing, team management, revenue growth, and strategic planning to ensure smooth functioning and scalability of the agency business. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage the complete agency vertical, including operations, business growth, and client management. - Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue and business targets. - Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. - Oversee end-to-end project execution and ensure timely delivery with quality standards. - Drive business development initiatives, client acquisition, and account expansion. - Manage cross-functional teams including operations, recruitment, sales, and client servicing. - Monitor team performance, productivity, and overall operational efficiency. - Create and implement SOPs, workflows, and process improvements for better scalability. - Analyze business performance metrics and prepare management reports and forecasts. - Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and long-term business partnerships. - Handle escalations, negotiations, and critical business decisions effectively. - Collaborate with leadership for expansion strategies and organizational growth. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. - 8+ years of experience in agency management, operations, staffing, consulting, or related industries. - Strong leadership and people management skills. - Proven experience in handling large teams and multiple client accounts. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities. - Strong understanding of business operations, revenue management, and process optimization. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. - Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities. Preferred Background: Candidates from Agency/Marketing Agency/Real Estate Agency background will be preferred. This role requires experience in managing marketing/agency operations and business functions. Pure sales team management profiles may not be relevant for this position.
