Job Title : EXPORT CUSTOMER SERVICE & INSIDE SALES

Do you have strong coordination skills, a sales mindset, and a solid understanding of international trade?

FreightX is looking for an EXPORT CUSTOMER SERVICE and INSIDE SALES

to act as the key link between our customers and vendors, ensuring smooth export operations.

What We’re Looking For :

• 3 to 4 years of experience in export operations, especially in export consolidation.
• Good knowledge of INCOTERMS and the ability to guide clients confidently.
• Excellent coordination skills to manage multiple vendors and customers effectively.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills with a professional approach.
• Proven success in pricing and negotiation.
• Experience in customer relationship management.
