Position: Paid Market Research: Genesys Former Employee Type: Contract Compensation: $100/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Participate in a 60-minute market research interview about your time at Genesys. Share insights on Genesys Cloud AI products, capabilities, and limitations. Discuss early adopter programs, typical buyers, and competitive positioning. Provide feedback on product suite, customer perspectives, and deal dynamics. Respect NDAs, non-disparagement clauses, or non-competes; flag any concerns upfront. Qualifications Must-Have Departed Genesys within the last 12–18 months . At least 12 months of tenure at Genesys. Experience in roles such as Product, Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, or Competitive Intelligence. Compensation & Legal $100/hour , paid for all time spent on the interview. Payment processed through Mercor upon completion.
