Visa Officer

We're seeking an experienced and detail-driven Visa Officer who thrives in a fast-paced, client-first environment and brings solid knowledge of visa and immigration processes to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end visa and immigration processes for clients

• Guide clients through document verification, application completion, appointment scheduling & follow-ups

• Ensure timely, accurate submission of all applications in compliance with government regulations

• Prepare visa fee quotations and respond to detailed client inquiries

• Stay current on visa regulations, embassy updates & immigration legislation changes

• Take full ownership of assigned cases and keep clients updated at every stage

• Foster lasting relationships with clients and contribute positively to the team

Experience and skills:

• Bachelor's in Travel & Tourism, Business Admin or related field

• 1–3 years in visa application processing

• Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel)

• Excellent written & verbal English communication

• Strong attention to detail & a customer-first mindset

• Able to work independently and collaboratively
