About the role
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to own and scale our online sales across B2C and international marketplace channels. You will be responsible for a revenue portfolio of $1 million or more and will play a key role in driving our next phase of growth.
What you'll be doing
• Manage and grow our presence on Amazon.com, Walmart, and other international marketplaces
• Own the full P&L for online marketplaces with accountability for $1M+ in revenue
• Optimise product listings, pricing, catalogue health, and content across all platforms
• Plan and execute PPC and sponsored ad campaigns to drive visibility and conversion
• Track and report on key metrics — revenue, ACOS, ROAS, conversion rate, returns
• Collaborate with product, design, and logistics teams for seamless fulfilment and customer experience
• Identify and onboard new marketplace opportunities and international expansion channels
• Lead and mentor the e-commerce team, setting clear KPIs and reviewing performance regularly
What we're looking for
• 4–7 years of e-commerce experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Proven track record of managing $1 million or more in annual online revenue
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and Walmart Marketplace
• Strong B2C background with a deep understanding of customer behaviour and conversion funnels
• Experience managing marketplace PPC and sponsored advertising campaigns
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards, and data reporting tools
• Strong communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across time zones
Prior experience in the jewellery, luxury, or fashion e-commerce space is a strong advantage.
