Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Admissions Consultant. As an Admission Profiler, you will play a vital role in identifying and engaging with potential leads, assessing their interest, needs, and eligibility for our programs.

Your primary responsibility will be to initiate contact with assigned leads, promptly engage them through the auto dialer system, and qualify them based on their interest and eligibility. You will also build rapport, credibility, and trust with leads through effective communication and active listening skills.

You will work closely with Admission Counsellors to schedule Video Counselling sessions for qualified leads and ensure seamless communication between leads and Admission Counsellors to facilitate the enrollment process.

Maintaining accurate records of lead interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system is essential to your success in this role.

BASIC ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• A minimum of 2 years of Edtech-sales experience (Study Abroad is a plus), with at least 1 year spent in a single company.
• Minimum graduation is required.
• Previous experience working a 6-day work week is advantageous.
• Currently working in the capacity of an individual contributor is preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting targets in the existing company is essential.
