Role Highway Engineer Experience 3 to 5 yrs location Ghazipur UP Software MS-Office Sector road and highways Job summary We are seeking a skilled Highway Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team in Ghazipur The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma in Civil Engineering and possess proven expertise in highway design and construction This full-time site-based role requires a proactive individual capable of managing complex projects and ensuring the delivery of safe and efficient highway systems Key Responsibilities Highway Design and Development Create and oversee detailed highway engineering designs ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations Project Management Lead highway construction projects from conception to completion managing timelines budgets and resource allocation effectively Site Supervision Monitor construction activities on-site to ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards Quality Assurance Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain quality control and resolve any design or construction issues Stakeholder Communication Collaborate with clients contractors and government agencies to facilitate project progress and address any concerns Software Proficiency MS-Office Key Requirements Experience 3-5 years of experience in highway engineering including project management and site supervision in the road and highways sector Education Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree Software Proficiency Proficiency in relevant engineering software tools is necessary Preferred Qualifications Professional Engineering License Experience with public sector highway projects Job Type Full-time Pay 300 000 00 - 500 000 00 per year Work Location In person
