Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Kitchen and Bath Salesperson, located in Kanpur. The role involves assisting customers with the design and selection of kitchen and bath products, providing expert advice, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales quotes, maintaining product knowledge of materials and design trends, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales goals. The salesperson will also ensure project timelines are met while meeting client satisfaction. Qualifications - Strong sales and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers - Knowledge of kitchen and bath products, design trends, and materials - Proficiency in generating sales quotes and managing client expectations - Experience with interior design principles is a plus - Proficiency in using sales software or design tools (e.g., CAD) is advantageous - Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects - A team-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities - High school diploma or equivalent required, with additional certifications in design or related fields preferred
