We are looking for a skilled and experienced Freelance Architect – CBE to lead the design and delivery of scalable customer engagement and conversational AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in enterprise architecture, Contact Center AI ecosystems, analytics platforms, and customer experience transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Design scalable and enterprise-grade architecture solutions for customer business experience platforms.
Lead architecture and solution design initiatives involving Contact Center AI and conversational AI technologies.
Work with platforms such as Google CCAI, Avaya, and Verint to modernize and optimize customer interaction ecosystems.
Design and implement intelligent conversational workflows using Google Conversational AI technologies.
Build scalable reporting and analytics solutions leveraging BigQuery and Power BI.
Collaborate with engineering, product, analytics, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Drive architecture governance, solution standardization, and performance optimization.
Ensure solution quality, scalability, reliability, and operational excellence.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development and implementation teams.
Participate in client-facing discussions, technical workshops, architecture reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
