Customer Service Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in educating potential customers about our product and service.

This position requires exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage in meaningful conversations with customers. You will be responsible for handling questions, comments, and complaints regarding our business, providing positive customer experiences by enhancing relationships between us and our clients.

Key responsibilities include :

• Contacting US customers to explain about our program
• FOLLOWING up with customers to ensure about the classes
• Getting trained and taking trial classes
• Managing client relationships, taking feedback and resolving any issues or conflicts
• Establishing and expanding relationships with clients based in the US and UK

The ideal candidate should have prior experience with customer service and call centers in relevant job roles. A pleasant personality, good communication skills, and being a good listener are essential qualities for this position. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of US localization is desirable, understanding of US accent is plus.
