Your role is pivotal – you'll elevate your team's skill set, ensure the smooth running of our supply operations, and leave a lasting impact on our manufacturing process. Your responsibilities - Substantial experience in manufacturing, well-versed in 5S, TPM, and root cause analysis. - A strong track record of leadership and team management. - Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and experience leading factory employees. - Solution-oriented approach to complex challenges, with a focus on process improvement. - Business acumen, paired with expertise in supply chain management and production optimisation. - Ensure SKU-CHANNEL-DC level Forecast Accuracy as per yearly KPI targets - Monthly update of master data for Demand planning system i.e. financials (GSV, STC), trade schemes - Ensure efficient Master data governance across all systems - SAP IBP & Kinaxis: Sales History/Product-Location-Customer Master & Master data realignment basis business changes in Customer master - Conduct monthly forecasting exercise for government channels, B2B & Institutional business - Generate Statistical forecast for short term/medium term/long term horizon basis historical data trends/Promo Uplifts/NPD Launches etc. in Kinaxis DP & SAP IBP - Monthly upload of unconstrained forecast in SAP IBP & Kinaxis DP - Ensuring right SKU codes and SKU Mix for Plan and FC1/2/3 workings with commercial finance - Timely support to facilitate monthly SLOB Meeting and actions to track SLOB Liquidation & minimizing inventory write off - Monthly update and maintenance of dashboards such as MRP dashboard, Volume dashboard, SKU Rationalization dashboard, SLOB dashboard. - Drive regular S&OP process improvement projects to enable efficiency across different Supply chain stages - Monthly preparation of Demand planning calendar & activity charter. - Take up projects to improve the ways of working & further strengthen the S&OP process. The experience we're looking for - Substantial experience in manufacturing, well-versed in 5S, TPM, and root cause analysis. - A strong track record of leadership and team management. - Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and experience leading factory employees. - Solution-oriented approach to complex challenges, with a focus on process improvement. - Business acumen, paired with expertise in supply chain management and production optimisation. - MBA in Supply Chain /Operations Management - 3-5 Years of working in FMCG, Retail, Pharma with experience in Planning & Supply Chain Management/Inventory Management - Has strong mathematical & analytical skills: Ability to define & frame problems, collect data, analyze, interpret results, and recommend solutions - Commercial/Financial Awareness- Understands impact of supply chain KPIs on overall supply chain - Achievement focused & entrepreneurial approach coupled with ability to perform under pressure and tough timelines - Excellent communication & stakeholder management, presentation & persuasion skills - Require experience in using planning systems such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, OMP - Require hands-on experience in data visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau The skills for success Supply Chain Management, Business Partnership, Collaboration and partnership building, Relationship Management, Business Acumen, Productivity management, Improve business processes, Advanced Analytics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Planning, Logistics Management.
