Job description

Looking for CA Freshers, who have passed out in 2025 or 2026 for our Fund Accounting Team!


Education : CA fresher, multiple attempts also can apply


Objective of the Role:


  • Assisting in maintenance of records, Preparation and maintaining MIS which enables the decision-making process by the Management,
  • Maintaining an MIS to monitor the activities of the Fund Accountant.
  • Checking of Statutory dues payment and returns, Checking the inputs flowing into the Scheme Half- Yearly Financials, Portfolios, Annual Report and Abridged Annual Report to published in the press / Printed for dispatch to the investors


Key Activities:


  • Daily MIS and checks to be performed relating to NAV related activities:
  • Activities performed - Record maintenance, TER upload on AMFI and website, AUM MIS, Hybrid Performance, Trade and inflow reporting to SEBI, break up of current Asset and Liability from TB, Impact to be created as (Receivable) / Payable arising out of the T+1 trade done on days preceding holidays, Corporate action monitoring and valuation.
  • Checks to be performed - TER of FOF schemes, NAV upload done on website and provided to exchanges, USEF NAV check, Pricing validation, Unit matching (CAMS &FA), Validating the borrowing cost is within the Portfolio YTM of the schemes, Dividend expense booking, review of missed transaction and dividend impact, checking of F&O MTM with the PCM records, review of change in AUM to check for any major variations, Tracking the Information flow and monitoring of NAV timelines and reporting the same through an MIS.
  • Expense / Advance processing and related MIS and Expense related reporting and MIS
  • Competitive analysis


Routine Activities:


  • Preparing of base files required for checking to be done of – monthly buffer/ spill overs, Half Yearly Portfolio and financials, funding of statutory dues and expense accruals payable to AMC.
  • Checking the inputs flowing into the Scheme Half- Yearly Financials, Portfolios, Annual Report and Abridged Annual Report to published in the press / Printed for dispatch to the investors.
  • Compilation of data required for Internal / Statutory and SEBI Audits.
  • Assimilation / compilation of data relating to security pricing / Investments etc., these data points are sometimes arranged through FA if available with them otherwise the same data provided are compiled through by the team. Creation of Masters on AMFI site for all new schemes.


Note: Prior Experience Articleship/Industrial Training experience in BFSI preferred.
