Job Description:
1+ years of experience in EDI processing, analysis, and support.
Strong experience with carrier EDI files and EDI Transaction.
Should be good at US healthcare domain experience .
Good understanding of ANSI X12 standards.
Hands-on experience with EDI tools/software.
Experience troubleshooting EDI mapping and translation issues.
Knowledge of FTP/SFTP, AS2 communications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Exposure to ERP systems integration (SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce).
Roles and Responsibilities:
Monitor, support, and maintain EDI transactions (inbound and outbound) to ensure successful data flow.
Set up, test, and maintain EDI maps for carrier files 834 and any custom files.
Work closely with carriers, Client IT to resolve EDI issues Analyze EDI errors, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Manage onboarding of new carriers and trading partners, including EDI specifications and testing.
Ensure compliance with EDI standards such as ANSI X12 (and EDIFACT, if applicable).
Maintain EDI documentation, process flows, and standard operating procedures.
Support system upgrades, enhancements, and EDI-related projects.
Monitor SLAs and proactively prevent EDI transaction failures.
