Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
1. Revenue Growth & Business Expansion
- Own and drive overall revenue targets across B2B, banking, corporate partnerships, and marketplace channels
- Deliver on quarterly and annual revenue goals
- Identify, onboard, and scale high-value clients and strategic partners
- Expand category offerings and maximize wallet share across accounts
2. Strategic Partnerships & Key Account Management
- Build and strengthen CXO-level relationships with banks, corporates, and channel partners
- Own and grow marquee accounts across banking, PSU, and enterprise segments
- Lead high-stakes commercial negotiations and close large-scale deals
- Drive long-term account retention, growth, and strategic expansion
3. Product & Integration Excellence
- Ensure seamless integration and execution across client platforms
- Collaborate closely with product and tech teams for onboarding and delivery excellence
- Drive adoption of APIs, rewards infrastructure, and catalog solutions
- Enhance client experience through operational efficiency and innovation
4. P&L Ownership & Commercial Optimization
- Own and manage P&L for key accounts and business verticals
- Optimize margins across categories, partnerships, and offerings
- Define pricing strategies, discounting frameworks, and commercial models
- Continuously monitor cost vs revenue to ensure sustainable and scalable growth
5. Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing business and account management teams
- Drive a strong performance culture with clear accountability and KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Finance, Operations) to deliver business outcomes
- Align internal stakeholders to achieve organizational goals
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 9+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Partnerships, or Business Development
- Proven track record of managing large accounts with GMV of ₹50 Cr+
- Strong expertise in P&L management, pricing strategy, and commercial negotiations
- Experience in campaign management and scaling revenue-led initiatives
- Strong understanding of process automation and operational efficiency
- Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage high-performing teams.
