Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing professional to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across paid channels, with a strong mandate on lead generation. The role focuses on driving measurable growth, maximizing ROI, scaling customer acquisition, and generating high-quality leads through continuous testing, analytics, and funnel optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant channels, prioritizing lead generation objectives.
- Manage campaign budgets, bids, and daily performance to achieve KPIs (CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR, conversions, lead volume, and lead quality).
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, audience segments, and lead capture forms to improve performance and lead conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics and ad platform dashboards, with a focus on lead attribution and funnel drop-offs.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to develop high-converting ad creatives, landing pages, and lead magnets (e.g., ebooks, webinars).
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, including lead generation metrics, preparing regular reports for stakeholders.
- Implement and manage tracking systems (pixels, conversion APIs, UTM parameters) for accurate lead tracking and attribution.
- Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, emerging platforms, and lead gen best practices.
- Optimize user funnels, lead nurturing flows, and conversion rates through continuous experimentation.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.), including lead generation campaigns.
- Solid understanding of performance metrics like CPA, CPL, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and lead quality scoring.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and lead tracking platforms.
- Experience with conversion tracking, attribution models, funnel analysis, and lead generation strategies (e.g., lookalike audiences, retargeting).
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills for optimizing lead volume and quality.
- Ability to manage budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, with a focus on cost-per-lead efficiency.
- Knowledge of A/B testing frameworks, experimentation techniques, and lead form optimization.
- Basic understanding of landing page optimization, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and lead nurturing.
- Good communication and reporting skills for presenting lead gen insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with proven success in paid campaigns and lead generation.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills; familiarity with Bengali a plus for East India market.
