Job description
Job Title: Relationship Officer (RO)

Employment Type: Part-Time, Full-Time

Hiring for PAN, India location.

Earning Potential: Up to ₹3 Lakh per franchise (Highly lucrative incentive)

About the Role

We provide the leads, you will close the deal . seeking a dynamic Sales Relationship Officer (RO) with high influence skills. No cold calling needed- just convert our warm leads. This role starts part- time , with a possibility of conversion to full time status based on performance, consistence, attendance, and operational requirement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and connect with potential clients interested in franchise opportunities
  • Explain business models and franchise benefits clearly to prospects
  • Build and maintain strong and healthy client relationships
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into successful franchise sales
  • Coordinate with the internal team for smooth functioning in onboarding of clients
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently
  • Prior experience in sales/marketing is a plus (not mandatory)
