Job description
Role Overview As an Interior Design Lead, you will drive design excellence while managing a team of designers and multiple residential interior projects. You will ensure high-quality design delivery, seamless customer experience, and strong execution aligned with Livspace standards. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage a team of 6–10 Interior Designers - Oversee 12–15 projects month-on-month from concept to handover - Conduct design reviews, layout validations, and 3D design approvals - Ensure adherence to Livspace design processes, quality benchmarks, and timelines - Handle client interactions, presentations, and escalations - Collaborate with sales, operations, and execution teams for seamless delivery - Conduct training sessions and mentor designers on technical and design aspects What We’re Looking For - 5–8+ years of experience in residential interior design - Proven experience in team handling and project management - Strong expertise in modular interiors (kitchens, wardrobes, storage solutions) - Excellent communication and client-facing skills - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
