Canadian AI automation agency — is looking for a talent to lead our team building production AI systems for Global clients.
This is 50% hands-on building, 50% technical leadership. Not a pure manager role.
Must have:
• Next.js 14+ / TypeScript (production-grade)
• Supabase — Auth, RLS, multi-tenant, PostGIS
• Python — pandas, numpy, real data pipelines
• Claude / OpenAI APIs — prompt engineering, tool use, multi-agent orchestration
• Stripe, Twilio, HubSpot, WhatsApp Cloud, Gmail API integrations
• GitHub Actions CI/CD, Playwright E2E
Experience:
• 5–8 years total
• 3+ years shipping production web apps
• 2+ years integrating LLMs into live client systems
• Led and owned technical delivery for a small engineering team — code reviews, standards, unblocking, shipping.
💰 Compensation: Competitive package With respect to experience and skills.
🌍 Location: Fully remote.
You'll report to our COO (India) and CEO (Canada), lead a team of 4–5 (scaling to 10), and ship real client products — not internal tools.
