Role Description

We are seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Bangalore Urban. In this role, you will oversee the development of financial models, forecasts, and budgets, providing data-driven insights to support strategic business decisions. Key responsibilities include monitoring financial performance, analyzing variances, creating detailed financial reports, and supporting the leadership team with financial planning and decision-making guidance.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Financial Planning and Finance to effectively drive business decisions
• Proficiency in Financial Modeling and Budgeting & Forecasting to develop accurate and actionable plans
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret complex financial data and provide insights
• Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking ability
• Experience in the healthcare industry or related sectors is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced certifications such as CFA or CPA are preferred
