Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant

Experience : 8-10 yrs

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform technical assessment of existing Oracle EBS environment
• Execute ERP upgrade and migration activities
• Handle data migration (active and historical)
• Align customizations and integrations with new environment
• Support functional, technical, UAT testing and go-live
• Prepare technical documentation and conduct KT sessions
• Analyze and map existing business processes
• Support Financials, SCM, HRMS modules
• Validate data migration and functional configurations
• Conduct UAT and user training
• Support go-live and post-production stabilization

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Oracle EBS R12.x
• PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Workflow
• Data migration tools and methodologies
• Oracle WebLogic, Concurrent Manager, OAF
• Performance tuning and troubleshooting
• Strong domain expertise in Oracle EBS modules (Finance/SCM/HRMS)
• Functional documentation (BRD, FSD, SOPs)
• Testing & user support

Experience: 6–10 years in Oracle EBS technical projects & Functional projects
