We are looking for a proactive, technically inclined, and customer-focused Technical Project Manager to work directly with the Co-Founder in driving strategic customer engagements, project execution, and customer success initiatives.
This is a high-ownership role that combines technical project management with international customer success responsibilities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, excellent stakeholder management abilities, and a deep sensitivity toward customer needs, timelines, and expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Co-Founder on strategic customer accounts, implementation initiatives, and operational priorities.
- Manage end-to-end execution of customer onboarding, implementation, integration, and product adoption projects.
- Act as a primary point of contact for international customers and ensure seamless communication throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Coordinate across product, engineering, DevOps, QA, and customer success teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Understand customer requirements, pain points, and business goals, and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Build strong relationships with customers through proactive communication, responsiveness, and problem-solving.
- Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and escalations while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular customer meetings, status reviews, and follow-ups with professionalism and clarity.
- Ensure customer requests and feedback are documented, prioritized, and communicated internally.
- Support customer retention, renewals, and expansion opportunities through successful engagement and delivery.
- Help improve internal processes, project workflows, and customer success practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in Technical Project Management, Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing roles within a SaaS or technology company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently interact with international customers and leadership teams.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), SaaS products, APIs, and cloud-based platforms.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive tasks and projects.
- High emotional intelligence and sensitivity toward customer concerns, timelines, and expectations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience working with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Slack, or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS Management, ITSM, Cloud Operations, or Customer Success environments.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and customer onboarding processes.
- Exposure to enterprise B2B customer management.
- Prior experience working in startup or high-growth environments is preferred.
