We are seeking a highly analytical and performance-driven Programmatic Campaign Manager to lead and optimize digital media campaigns across leading brands. This role requires deep expertise in DV360, a strong understanding of programmatic ecosystems, and the ability to drive measurable business outcomes through data-led decision-making.
Role Overview
As a Programmatic Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of programmatic campaigns—from planning and setup to optimization and reporting. You will play a key role in driving campaign efficiency, scaling performance, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Execution
- Own complete campaign execution across DV360, including setup, trafficking, QA, launch, and monitoring
- Ensure accurate implementation of campaign structures, targeting, creatives, and tracking
- Manage campaign pacing, budgets, and delivery to meet performance goals
Performance Optimization
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve key metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
- Leverage audience signals, contextual targeting, inventory selection, and bid strategies to enhance performance
- Identify underperforming segments and take corrective actions proactively
Testing & Experimentation
- Design and execute A/B tests across creatives, formats, audiences, and bidding strategies
- Analyze test results and scale winning strategies across campaigns
Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and performance trends
- Translate data into actionable recommendations for campaign improvement
- Build dashboards and performance reports for internal teams and clients
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with strategy, creative, analytics, and client servicing teams
- Align campaign execution with overall marketing objectives and brand strategy
- Support client discussions with insights, recommendations, and performance narratives
Required Skills & Experience
Core Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in programmatic advertising or performance marketing (agency experience preferred)
- Strong expertise in DV360 (mandatory) with proven campaign management experience
- Familiarity with CM360 (or other ad servers) and measurement tools such as GA4, IAS, or similar platforms
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
- Understanding of programmatic buying models, auction dynamics, and targeting methodologies
Soft Skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills for both internal and client-facing interactions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with large-scale or multi-market campaigns
- Knowledge of audience segmentation, DMP/CDP integrations, and attribution models
- Exposure to brand safety, viewability, and verification tools
