We are hiring experienced Provider Testers with strong expertise in the US Healthcare domain and Provider Lifecycle Management.
📍 Location: Bengaluru / Pune / Chennai / Hyderabad
🕑 Shift Timing: 2 PM – 11 PM IST
💼 Experience: 5+ Years
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Validate end-to-end Provider Lifecycle Management processes:
• Provider Onboarding / Enrollment
• Credentialing & Re-credentialing
• Contracting & Network Participation
• Provider Demographics & Maintenance
• Provider Termination
✅ Validate provider data across UI, backend, and downstream systems
✅ Review BRD/FSD documents and prepare test scenarios & test cases
✅ Perform System Testing and Automation Testing
🔹 Mandatory Automation Skills:
✔ Selenium
✔ Tosca
✔ Playwright
✔ Cucumber
🔹 Required Domain Knowledge:
• Provider data models (Individual & Organizational Providers)
• NPI (National Provider Identifier)
• Provider specialties, taxonomies, and affiliations
• Credentialing processes (CAQH, licensing, certifications)
• Provider network and contracting
• HIPAA compliance
• Basic EDI knowledge (834 – enrollment, 837 – claims linkage)
